Planning around your date
Events have fixed dates, so we start from yours. Approve the proof at least 30 business days before you need the pins in hand, and add a week of margin for customs and venue receiving. If you are late, rush or express delivery takes 10 or 5 business days.
Recommended specifications
1 to 1.25 inch soft enamel with rubber clutches, packed in counted bags of 50 for easy distribution. Sponsor logos can go on the back with a laser backstamp.

Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Can you deliver to a hotel or convention center?
Yes. Tell us the receiving rules and the date, and we label the boxes accordingly.
Can each day of the event have a different pin?
Yes. Each design is priced at its own quantity.
