Oval Crest Years of Service Pin
The design
On the pin
A wide maroon oval with a gold-tone rim. A gold laurel wreath frames a cream medallion holding the milestone number in a maroon serif. YOUR COMPANY runs across the top and YEARS OF SERVICE along the bottom in raised gold tone.
What it means
The oval crest and laurel give the pin the look of an old seal or medal, the most formal design in our service range. It is meant for senior milestones presented in front of colleagues.
Colors and finish
Maroon, cream and gold are rich and warm. The horizontal shape gives long company names room to breathe without shrinking the letters.

More years of service pins with your company logo
How long can the company name be?
About 22 characters fit across the top at 1 inch, more than on a round pin of the same size.
Can we use hard enamel?
It is the recommended style, so the cream medallion stays smooth and the serif number sharp.
Can each milestone year be a different color?
Yes. Each year is a version of the same design, and enamel colors or the metal finish can change by milestone.
Can you engrave the employee name on the back?
Yes, with a laser backstamp for $0.24 per pin.
How big is a 1-inch pin?
Slightly larger than a US quarter. It is the most common lapel size for service awards. Your proof shows the pin at actual size.
