Plan the layout before production
A stone needs a planned position in the design. A ring of stones, a single accent or a milestone arrangement changes the space available for lettering and the emblem. Send a reference showing the intended layout before the proof is finalized.
For a service award series, say whether every milestone uses the same stone arrangement or whether it changes by year. Each version needs its quantity so the project can be quoted accurately.
Separate stones from the base pin
The listed rhinestone option is priced per stone, per pin. A quote for one accent stone is different from a full border. The base material, size, attachment and gift packaging remain part of the specification.
