Terms of service
These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Enamelore. Please read them before approving a proof.

Quotes and proofs
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A proof shows how your pins will be made; approving it confirms the design, size, colors, plating, back, add-ons and quantity.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. We accept credit or debit card, PayPal, ACH, wire transfer or other bank transfer, and we accept purchase orders. Unless otherwise noted, all invoices are required to be paid to start production on custom products.
Production tolerances
Enamel is filled by hand, so small variations between pins are normal; differences in appearance of up to 5% from the digital proof are within the normal range. Pantone colors are matched as closely as enamel allows. Quantity may vary by up to 3% on orders over 500 pieces; we refund any shortfall.
Delivery
Delivery times start from proof approval and payment: standard orders are delivered within 30 business days, rush orders within 10 (15% extra) and express orders within 5 (25% extra). If we miss a rush or express date we committed to, the surcharge is refunded. We are not responsible for delays caused by changes you make after production has started, such as further design edits, a larger quantity, a pre-production sample or a new delivery date. Shipping and duties to the US, Canada, UK and Australia are included in the price. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Artwork rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it on pins. We may refuse any order we believe infringes someone else's rights. See our artwork rights policy.
Guarantee and remedies
Our proof-match guarantee sets out what we do if pins do not match the approved proof. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Cancellations
- Until you approve your proof, you can cancel and receive a full refund within 3 to 7 calendar days.
- Production starts when you approve the proof, or the physical sample if your order includes one. If you cancel after that, we keep 60% of the order total for materials, the mold and other production costs, and refund the rest.
- Rush and express orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Once an order has a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
- If you paid by credit card, a 5% cancellation fee is deducted from any refund for a cancelled order, to cover the card processing costs on both the payment and the refund. Orders paid by bank transfer (ACH or wire) have no cancellation fee.
