Choose a team symbol or a recognition message
An ongoing volunteer identity pin is different from a one-time thanks or hours-served award. Decide whether everyone receives one common front, or whether the project needs separate role or milestone versions. A hand, heart, community circle or tree can be a starting point for the artwork.
Use your organization name in the place where a concept shows a short message. If the full logo is detailed, compare a simpler front and additional information on the reverse.
Put the order into a usable brief
| Procurement detail | Include in your brief |
|---|---|
| Purpose | Ongoing team identity, event thanks or recognition |
| Artwork | Organization logo and exact message |
| Quantity | Each front version and reserve stock |
| Distribution | Team or location packing groups |
| Timing | Volunteer handout or event arrival date |
Keep the program easy to replenish
Record which version went to each team or milestone. If locations use different wording, state each quantity instead of treating the entire program as one identical run. A shared design can remain useful when the program continues into another year.
The coordinator should check the wearing attachment and packaging along with the artwork. A pin issued for regular volunteer shifts may need a different presentation from an annual thank-you award.
Connect the design to the project
Use nonprofit pins for a broader organization project or service milestones when the pin records years of contribution. Compare backs and gift boxes as needed.
The standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per design. Send the actual count for each front, the selected size and material, any back or packaging requirements and the required arrival date. The pricing page keeps the full base tiers in one place; the project quote brings the selected specification together.

Can several locations share the same design?
Yes. State which artwork is shared and whether any front wording changes by location.
How should an hours-served series be requested?
Name each milestone, its wording and its quantity. The proof and quote should identify the selected versions.
