Packaging prices in the table are for pins up to 1.5 inches. From 1.75 to 2.5 inches: velvet pouch $0.89, plastic box $1.60, velvet gift box $3.90. At 3 inches the velvet gift box is $4.44.
Add-ons are priced per pin. Most orders add one or two. Trading pins often add glitter or glow; awards often add a velvet pouch or gift box.

What changes the price
Size matters more than anything else: a 2-inch pin uses roughly four times the metal of a 1-inch pin. Quantity spreads the cost of the mold and setup, which is why 100 pins cost much less per piece than 50. Style matters less than people expect: hard enamel is about 10% more than soft, and die struck and printed pins about 5% less.

Larger orders and repeat orders
Above 2,000 pieces, ask for a quote; see bulk custom pins. Reorders of an approved design reuse the same mold and art, so they skip the proof stage and usually ship a few days sooner.

Free proof in 24 hours
An artist sends a scale drawing with every color matched to Pantone, the metal finish and the back. Revisions are unlimited.
Approve your proof
Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Is there a setup or mold fee?
No. The mold is included in the per-pin price at every quantity on this page.
Do your prices include shipping?
Yes, and import duties too, to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. The price you approve is the price you pay.
Why is the price per pin so much higher at 50 pieces?
Every order needs its own steel mold and setup. At 50 pieces that cost is split across fewer pins.
Do more colors cost more?
up to 8 colors are included. Designs with more colors are possible; we will quote them on the proof.
Can I get a quote for an unusual size?
Yes. Pins can be made in any size up to about 4 inches. Prices fall between the rows above.
