Choose a hockey identity that reads at trading size
A puck, crossed sticks, goalie mask or rink shape can make the sport recognizable. Choose one main motif, then add the team name and the season or age group that belongs on the shared front. A goalie-specific concept makes a different statement from a pin for the whole roster.
The compact new concepts pictured at 1.25 inches should be compared at a larger size when the team wants a long name or extra effects. The proof should show the layout you will actually order.
Put the order into a usable brief
| Procurement detail | Include in your brief |
|---|---|
| Team and club | Exact name, colors, logo and hometown |
| Front versions | Shared team front or separately counted variants |
| Trading quantity | Roster plan and any coach or family reserve |
| Timing | In-hand date before the team travels |
Keep the dark field and small details clear
A dark team field needs enough contrast around the puck, sticks and lettering. Mark the areas that should use glitter or glow rather than adding an unspecified effects package. The quote should name each selected option and the pin size.
Use one approval contact to gather the coaching and parent comments. Check spelling, season, age group and the smallest text before approving the artwork.
Connect the design to the project
The team trading overview connects the order steps. Compare sizes, add-ons and the quantity guide.
The standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per design. Send the actual count for each front, the selected size and material, any back or packaging requirements and the required arrival date. The pricing page keeps the full base tiers in one place; the project quote brings the selected specification together.

Can we use a goalie design for the whole team?
Yes, if that is the artwork the team wants. Compare it with a more general sticks-and-puck design before finalizing the shared front.
Can we add a long team name?
Send the exact wording. A larger size or a different text panel can be compared on the proof.
