Tell us the number needed for the project rather than selecting a larger number just to begin the quote. The normal offer starts at 50 per design. The published small-run exception is 25 pieces for a simple soft enamel or printed design no larger than 1.25 inches. It is not a general 25-piece offer for every style.
A small school class, a test design and several different milestone fronts are different production requests. List the actual count of each front so the correct option can be reviewed.

If the design needs hard enamel, a larger format or a different structure, quote the actual requirement separately. Do not assume a small-run price from a different material applies.

Those are practical decisions to make against the total and the design, not a promise that unused pins will sell.

The published small-run exception is for simple soft enamel or printed designs up to 1.25 inches. A hard enamel request should be quoted against its actual requirements.
Can a multi-year order be counted as one small run?
Give the quantity for every front or year version. Different front artwork should not be assumed to share a minimum or tier without the project quote.
