▶ VideoStart with a usable project brief
Send these details together so the proof and quote describe the same configuration.
- Group message and palette
- Send the clearest artwork or specification reference available.
- Quantity of each front
- Give the actual count for each front.
- Event and distribution date
- Use the date the pins need to be in hand.
Choose the symbol and message together
A rainbow, heart, equal sign or linked-ring concept can support different messages. Start with the approved words and color reference for your project rather than assuming one artwork speaks for every group. A short organization name can replace the message on a concept nameplate.
If the group has an existing mark, compare it with the concept outline. Keep the main symbol open so a small slogan does not become the whole visual design.
Put the order into a usable brief
| Procurement detail | Include in your brief |
|---|---|
| Group identity | Organization or event name and approved artwork |
| Color reference | Exact palette or design reference |
| Message | Short front wording and any year |
| Quantity | Count for every different front |
| Distribution | Event handout, regular wear and arrival date |
Plan an event order before the handout
The needed-by date should allow the organizer to check and distribute the pins. If several groups need different names on the front, list the quantity of each. The selected back and packaging should suit the way the pins will be worn or handed out.
The library images show customizable concepts. A made-to-order project starts with the proof and selected configuration rather than a promise of immediate stock shipment.
Connect the design to the project
Compare organization logo pins for artwork adaptation or nonprofit projects for a broader program. The shipping page explains the delivery stages.
The standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per design. Send the actual count for each front, the selected size and material, any back or packaging requirements and the required arrival date. The pricing page keeps the full base tiers in one place; the project quote brings the selected specification together.

Can we change the wording in a rainbow design?
Yes. Send the exact words and color reference. The proof shows the wording at the selected size.
Can each participating group have a different front?
List the design changes and quantity for each. The quote should identify those versions separately.
