Proud Ally Pin
The design
On the pin
A white rounded rectangle with a silver-tone edge. A small rainbow arcs across the upper part, and PROUD ALLY runs below it in bold black letters.
What it means
An ally pin tells LGBTQ+ colleagues and students that the wearer is a safe person to talk to. The small rainbow keeps the focus on the word ally, which is the point of the pin.
Colors and finish
White and black are clean and readable; the rainbow adds color without overwhelming. Silver tone matches any outfit.

More Pride pins with your group artwork
Can we add our company logo?
Yes, small beside the text, or laser engraved on the back.
Can the rainbow be bigger?
Yes. We can enlarge it and shorten the text to ALLY.
Is it suitable for healthcare staff?
Yes. Many hospitals give ally pins to staff so LGBTQ+ patients can spot them; a magnetic back avoids holes in scrubs.
Can we order several pronoun pins?
Yes. Each pronoun is a version of the same design.
Do you use the Progress Pride flag?
Only with a copy of your commercial license from its creator. Our designs use the classic rainbow.
How big is a 1-inch pin?
Slightly larger than a US quarter. It is the most common lapel size for service awards. Your proof shows the pin at actual size.
