Shipping, duties and delivery times
Every price we quote includes shipping and import duties to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Here is how long each step takes and what to do if you have a deadline.

Rush and express orders travel by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Standard orders may use an economy service. Every order is tracked.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in China and the destination country. The biggest one to plan around is the Lunar New Year holiday, when factories close for about two weeks; in 2027 it starts on February 6. Orders for spring tournaments and ceremonies should be approved by mid-January.
Duties and taxes
Duties and import taxes to the US, UK, Canada and Australia are included in every quote (DDP). You will not receive a customs bill or a call from the carrier asking for payment. If you are tax-exempt (for example a school or a registered nonprofit), tell us on the quote form; it does not change the delivered price, but we can add your details to the invoice.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Duties are included for the US, Canada, UK and Australia; for other countries we quote shipping and tell you what local taxes to expect.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number the day your pins ship. Large orders may arrive in more than one box.
Rush orders
If your date is close, choose rush or express: delivery within 10 business days for 15% extra, or within 5 business days for 25% extra. Tell us your date on the quote form and we will confirm whether it can be met before you pay.
Packaging
Each pin comes in an individual poly bag. Upgrade to a velvet pouch, a plastic box or a gift box if the pins are going straight into people's hands.

Every design is a starting point: our artists change the text, colors and logo, then send a free proof.

Select a design, size, quantity and options. Buy online with PayPal or card, or send an inquiry first.
Free proof in 24 hours
An artist sends a scale drawing with every color matched to Pantone, the metal finish and the back. Revisions are unlimited.
Approve your proof
Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping and duties are included in every price, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or delivery.
Can you ship to two different addresses?
Yes. Splitting an order across addresses adds a shipping charge, which we include in your quote.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Tell us as soon as you can. We work with the carrier to resolve it, and once the loss or damage is confirmed we make and ship your order again free of charge or refund it in full.
