Choose the team route
Start with baseball, softball, hockey or soccer when the artwork and season are tied to that sport. A team logo, mascot or hometown can define one shared pin; it does not need a different front for every player.
For another sport, send the same essentials: approved team wording, logo or sketch, colors and the events where the pins will be traded. The design library shows customizable concepts, not tournament stock waiting to ship.
Build a quantity around the trading plan
Count the players, the trading quantity each family wants and any coach or family reserve. A weekend event and a week of trading create different stock requirements. Use the quantity guide as a planning aid, then agree on the actual team total.

If a second front changes the year, age group or player number, list its count separately. A total team budget should not silently combine different fronts into one quantity tier.
Compare size and effects before the final price
A longer team name needs more room than a short mascot word. Compare the artwork at the intended longest edge before adding effects. Sizes, add-ons and trading pin prices explain the decisions.
Glitter colors, stones, cut-outs and other selected details should be named in the specification. A simple base price and a pin with several extras are different configurations. Include the back and packaging when comparing the delivered total.
Use the date before departure
The date the team leaves can be earlier than the event. Give the required in-hand date, destination postcode and artwork approval contact. A rush request needs a feasibility check against the actual pin, quantity and delivery route.
