What to put on a tournament pin
- Team name and town, the most important element for trading
- The year, so the pin becomes a dated souvenir
- The tournament or event name in plain text (logos need the organizer's permission)
- Your mascot or logo in team colors
- One effect, such as glitter or glow
All-star and state tournament teams
Teams going to Cooperstown need far more pins than a weekend event; see Cooperstown trading pins. All-star teams often have a short window between selection and the tournament. Keep the design simple, use a ready-made template from your sport's page (for example baseball or softball), and consider rush production.
Travel teams with several tournaments

An artist sends a scale drawing with every color matched to Pantone, the metal finish and the back. Revisions are unlimited.
Approve your proof
Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Can we use the tournament's logo?
Only with written permission from the organizer. The tournament name in plain text is fine.
