Choose the shared membership identity
A club name, chapter monogram or association crest can be the center of the design. Decide whether the pin identifies general membership, an officer role or a particular anniversary. Those messages may share a visual series while needing different front wording.
The compass, monogram and book concepts provide different outlines for a short name. If the organization already has an emblem, send the approved version instead of replacing it with an unrelated symbol.
Put the order into a usable brief
| Procurement detail | Include in your brief |
|---|---|
| Identity | Club, association or chapter emblem |
| Roles | Shared member front or separate officer versions |
| Wording | Exact chapter, organization and date |
| Quantity | Count for each artwork version |
| Future issue | Reserve or expected replenishment |
Plan versions and future orders together
Keep a list of the approved fronts, finishes and quantities. A change of chapter name or role on the front should be identified as a version in the quote. A name or year on the back is a different option and needs its own personalization brief.
For repeating membership issues, retain the final art and order reference. A reorder request should identify the version to repeat and the details that have changed.
Connect the design to the project
See die struck for metal relief, hard enamel for a smooth color emblem and school clubs for a student organization project.
The standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per design. Send the actual count for each front, the selected size and material, any back or packaging requirements and the required arrival date. The pricing page keeps the full base tiers in one place; the project quote brings the selected specification together.

Can a chapter use a monogram?
Yes. Send the letters, approved emblem and exact wording. The proof shows their arrangement at the chosen size.
Can membership and officer pins form a series?
Identify the shared elements, changed fronts and quantity of each. The quote can then describe the actual series.
