    What to include

    • Your artwork or idea. A logo file, a sketch, a photo or a written description. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, but anything works. See artwork guidelines.
    • Quantity. If you are deciding between two quantities, list both and we will price each.
    • Approximate size. Not sure? Leave it blank and we will suggest one. The pin size guide can help.
    • The date you need them. Tell us your event or ceremony date so we can check the schedule honestly.
    • Delivery country and ZIP or postal code. We include shipping and duties in the quote.

    What happens next

    1. An artist turns your artwork into a pin proof showing shape, size, colors, plating and back.
    2. You receive the proof and a delivered price by email within 24 hours.
    3. Ask for changes as many times as you need. Revisions are free.
    4. When the proof is right, you approve it and pay by card, PayPal, ACH or wire. Purchase orders are welcome.
    5. Standard orders arrive within 30 business days, rush orders within 10 and express orders within 5. You see photos before your pins ship.

      Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
