Your logo, approved before production
Our artists thicken thin lines, turn gradients into solid colors and match your colors to Pantone, then send a free digital proof. Production starts only after you approve it.
How ordering worksSend the right logo version
A vector file such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is helpful because the paths can be inspected and resized. If you only have a PNG, JPG or a photograph of a previous pin, send the clearest copy. Include a brand reference and identify any elements that must stay together.
A website header often contains more text than a small pin can carry. A symbol-only mark, short wordmark or approved compact lockup can give a better starting point than compressing the entire header.
Decide how the logo becomes a pin
| Logo detail | Choice to review on the proof |
|---|---|
| Solid brand colors | Enamel cells separated by metal lines |
| Very thin lines | Thicker linework or a larger pin |
| Gradients or photographs | A printed approach instead of filled enamel |
| Small tagline | Shortened wording or detail moved to the back |
| Open spaces | Metal background or a separately quoted cut-out |
Hard enamel and soft enamel handle the surface differently. Printed pins can retain detail that would be difficult to divide into enamel cells.
Keep artwork approval separate from quantity planning
One approved logo may be used for a shared staff pin, an event handout or several award versions. List the quantity of each front and identify changes to names, dates or numbers. A shared brand file does not automatically make all front versions the same production run.
For a company rollout, use the corporate project page to plan recipients and replenishment. This page covers artwork adaptation so you can keep the brand decisions together before comparing the project totals.
Review the small details before approving
Check the exact logo version, spelling, longest edge, proposed color references and the metal separating the colors. Add the back, packaging and delivery deadline to the specification. The proof should make a changed or simplified detail visible before production begins. The ordering process explains what follows approval.
Designs to make your own
Every design is a starting point: our artists change the text, colors and logo, then send a free proof.
How ordering works
Choose your pins
Select a design, size, quantity and options. Buy online with PayPal or card, or send an inquiry first.
Free proof in 24 hours
An artist sends a scale drawing with every color matched to Pantone, the metal finish and the back. Revisions are unlimited.
Approve your proof
Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Customize every detail
Your proof shows every choice before you pay. Most options cost nothing extra; add-on prices are listed openly on the pricing page.
Pictures are product renderings. Your free proof shows the exact finish, back and packaging for your order.
Can our brand gradient stay on the pin?
Send the original artwork. A printed option may suit a gradient; an enamel version uses separated color areas. Compare the proposed treatment on the proof.
Will we see a simplified logo before it is made?
Yes. The digital proof shows the proposed production artwork, including changes to linework or lettering at the chosen size.
Price your pins in a minute
Choose a size, metal and quantity, then a back and a delivery date. Buy online or send an inquiry. Your artist prepares a digital proof for approval before production.
