Step 1: Choose your pins or request a quote

Choose a design or pin style, select your specifications, and use Buy Now to check out with PayPal or card. If you prefer a quote first, use the quote form. Attach a logo, sketch or photo, or describe your idea, quantity and delivery date.

Step 2: Get your free proof within 24 hours

An artist redraws your design as production art and sends a digital proof showing:

• the outline and size, drawn to scale
• every enamel color with its Pantone number
• the plating (metal color)
• the back and any add-ons
• the delivered price for your quantity

Every proof shows size, Pantone colors, plating, back, add-ons and the delivered price.

Ask for as many changes as you need. Revisions are free and usually come back the same day. Because our team works in Guangzhou, China, a request you send in the evening in the US is often answered by the next morning.

Step 3: Approve your proof

When the proof is right, reply to approve. Online checkout orders are already paid; production starts after this approval. If you requested a quote first, we send an invoice payable by credit or debit card, PayPal, ACH, wire transfer or other bank transfer. Purchase orders are welcome. Production requires both proof approval and payment.

Step 4: Production and photo check

Your pins are made by our partner factory in Guangdong, China: mold engraving, striking or casting, plating, enamel filling by hand, baking, polishing and attaching the backs. Before shipping, we send you photos of your finished pins so you see what you are getting.

Step 5: Delivery with duties paid

Counted from proof approval and payment, standard orders are delivered within 30 business days, rush orders within 10 (15% extra) and express orders within 5 (25% extra). Rush and express orders travel by DHL, FedEx or UPS; standard orders may use an economy service. Every order is tracked. Duties and import taxes to the US, UK, Canada and Australia are included in every quote (DDP). There are no customs bills at the door.

If something is wrong

If your pins do not match the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos. We send a prepaid label so our quality team can inspect the pins, and if the problem is confirmed we remake them or refund you. Details are on our guarantee page.

Where can I get custom pins made?

Local trophy shops and print shops usually resell pins made by a manufacturer like ours, with a markup and less control over the artwork. Online pin makers like Enamelore work with you directly on the design and ship from the factory. Whichever you choose, ask three questions: Is the proof free? Are shipping and duties included? Will I see the pins before they ship?
