Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

Who we are

Guangzhou Zhuiming Co., Ltd. ("Enamelore", "we") operates enamelore.com. Contact: hello@enamelore.com.

What we collect

  • Quote and order details: your name, email, organization, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and the artwork and notes you upload.
  • Payment: card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment processors, and ACH and wire transfers by our bank. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Website usage: pages visited and basic device information through analytics cookies, if you consent.

How we use it

To prepare proofs and quotes, make and ship your order, answer your questions, and improve the website. With your permission, we may show your finished pins in our gallery. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our production partner (artwork and order specifications), shipping carriers (delivery details), payment processors and banks (payment), and analytics and email providers that process data on our behalf.

Your artwork

Your artwork is used only to make your pins. We keep approved artwork so you can reorder; ask us to delete it at any time.

How long we keep information

Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@enamelore.com. If you are in the UK, EU or California, you have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests made under them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the shopping experience. Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps on public pages after you accept analytics cookies. Form entries and request summaries are masked; checkout and payment pages are excluded. See Microsoft's privacy statement for how Microsoft processes this data.
