Logo Frame Years of Service Pin
The design
On the pin
A round navy pin with a gold-tone rim. A large white circle in the center, framed in gold tone, holds your logo at full size, and a gold banner across the bottom reads 10 YEARS in navy.
What it means
Here the company's own mark is the emblem, and the years are a detail on the ribbon. It suits brands whose logo is well known to staff, and it makes the pin something employees are proud to wear outside work too.
Colors and finish
Navy and gold are neutral, so your logo colors lead. We match logo colors by Pantone number and simplify fine details that would not hold at 1 inch.

When to order
Because the logo is the main element, check that it will not change soon before ordering a large stock; the banner years can be changed anytime.
Who orders it
Franchises, member organizations and companies with strong logos. Our artwork guidelines explain which logo files to send.

More years of service pins with your company logo
What if our logo has many colors or a gradient?
Up to eight enamel colors are included. Gradients can be UV printed on the white circle for $0.25 per pin.
What file should we send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A large PNG works too, and our artist redraws it.
Can each milestone year be a different color?
Yes. Each year is a version of the same design, and enamel colors or the metal finish can change by milestone.
Can you engrave the employee name on the back?
Yes, with a laser backstamp for $0.24 per pin.
How big is a 1-inch pin?
Slightly larger than a US quarter. It is the most common lapel size for service awards. Your proof shows the pin at actual size.
