What it means
An open hand offering a heart is an image of care rather than treatment, which suits teams whose work is about comfort as much as cure. It thanks the person, not just the role.
Colors and finish
Lavender and copper are soft and warm, a deliberate contrast to clinical blues. The hand is filled with a skin-tone enamel; it can be any shade, or left in copper metal so it does not suggest one skin tone.
