Wording ideas
"Class of 2027", "We did it!", "Graduate 2027", "The future is ours", "Senior 2027", or the school motto.
Timing
Approve proofs by mid-March for May ceremonies. See graduation pins for ready-made designs and prices.
Making graduation pins part of the ceremony
Some schools hand out class pins when caps and gowns are distributed, so seniors wear them at commencement. Others give pins at a senior breakfast or awards night. For honor graduates, presenting the pin on stage with the diploma adds weight. Keep a few spare pins for students who miss the handout.
Ordering for a class
Count the graduating class, add 5% for late changes and staff, and approve the proof by mid-March. At 300 pieces, a 1-inch soft enamel pin is $2.10, delivered. Names can be laser engraved on the back for a personal touch.
