Licensing for national organizations
Most national fraternities and sororities register their names, letters, crests and badges as trademarks and allow merchandise only from licensed vendors. Official membership badges are usually made only by the organization's appointed jeweler. If your chapter belongs to a national organization, check with your headquarters before ordering: many require a licensed vendor even for small chapter pins. See our artwork rights policy.

Recommended specifications
0.75 inch hard enamel in gold for letter pins; soft enamel for event pins. Cut-outs suit open letter designs, and officer titles or years can be engraved on the back.

Price per pin in USD, delivered with shipping and import duties included. Up to 8 colors, a shiny or antique gold, silver or copper finish, rubber clutch (two per pin on pins 1.5 in. and larger) and individual poly bag included.

An artist sends a scale drawing with every color matched to Pantone, the metal finish and the back. Revisions are unlimited.
Approve your proof
Confirm the design before production. If you requested a quote first, pay through the link in your approved quote.
Made and delivered
Standard delivery within 30 business days, rush 10, express 5. Duties are already paid.
Can you make our official member badge?
No. Official badges are made by each organization's appointed jeweler.
Can we order a philanthropy event pin?
Yes, with your headquarters' approval for any registered marks on the design.
