Zero Incident Star Pin
The design
On the pin
A navy five-pointed star with a gold-tone edge. ZERO is set across the center in white, with INCIDENTS below it in raised gold tone.
What it means
A star recognizes a crew or site that reached a goal together. ZERO INCIDENTS is the ambition of most safety programs, and the pin marks the day a team gets there.
Colors and finish
Navy and gold make it look like a real award. Gold tone is recommended for presentations. Soft enamel keeps the price reasonable for crew-wide orders, and the raised gold-tone lettering catches the light on a vest.

More safety award pins
How do we avoid discouraging reporting?
Many companies pair a zero-incident award with recognition for near-miss reports, so reporting stays safe and encouraged.
Can each site have its own version?
Yes. Each site name is a version, priced at its own quantity.
What back holds on a safety vest?
A locking back, which costs $0.52 more per post; a plain clutch can tear mesh vests.
Should safety pins go on hard hats?
Pins should not pierce a hard hat shell. Wear them on vests or jackets; we can quote matching stickers for hats.
Can the number of years change?
Yes. Each milestone is a version of the same design.
How big is a 1-inch pin?
Slightly larger than a US quarter. It is the most common lapel size for service awards. Your proof shows the pin at actual size.
