Choose between a photo and a symbolic design
A photograph, flower, ribbon or simple emblem can carry a remembrance in different ways. Start with the most important image and the exact name or dates. For a photograph, send the highest-quality original and identify the crop. For a symbolic enamel design, choose a clear outline with short wording.
A photo image and a full-color enamel illustration are different production requests. The printed-pin option can be compared for a photograph or gradient.

Give one person the final artwork check
A coordinator can collect the wording and image approval so the proof contains one agreed version. Review the name, dates, crop and smallest lettering before approving production. Do not rely only on an enlarged photo when choosing the pin size.
If the event is close, provide the in-hand date and postcode at the start. The delivery option needs checking against the actual artwork, quantity and selected process.
