The design

On the pin

A round pink pin with a copper rim. A white megaphone points up and to the right in the upper part, and your team name runs across the bottom in white.

What it means

The megaphone dates from the earliest days of cheerleading in the late 1800s, when yell leaders had to be heard across a stadium, and it is still the sport's most recognizable symbol. Any cheer athlete knows it at a glance.

Colors and finish

Pink and copper are bright and fun, and the white megaphone stands out. Glitter enamel in the background is recommended and costs $0.22 per color per pin.
