Mental Health Awareness Ribbon Pin
The design
On the pin
A round pin with a silver-tone rim and a white field. A lime green ribbon with a silver-tone outline sits in the center, MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS arcs across the top in deep green, and your organization's name runs along the bottom.
What it means
Lime green is the color of mental health awareness. The words are a statement rather than a cause name: a pin that says mental health matters tells colleagues and students that the wearer is someone they can talk to, which is often the reason organizations order it.
Colors and finish
Lime green is bright and hopeful; the darker green lettering keeps the words readable. Silver tone keeps the pin neutral so it suits any uniform.

When to order
May has been Mental Health Awareness Month in the United States since 1949, and World Mental Health Day is October 10. Back-to-school and finals weeks are popular times for campus giveaways too.
Who orders it
Schools and universities, employee assistance programs, peer support groups and counseling services. Pair the pin with a flyer listing support resources, such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; see the awareness months calendar for campaign dates.

More awareness ribbon pins
Can we make an I'm here to listen version for staff?
Yes. A version for trained staff or peer listeners is common. It keeps the same artwork with new wording, ordered alongside the main pin.
Green or lime green?
Lime green is the usual color. We match your exact shade by Pantone number if your program already uses one.
Can I change the wording on the pin?
Yes. Replace the top or bottom text with your organization, campaign or event name.
How many awareness pins should we order?
One per participant or staff member plus 20%. Prices drop at 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces.
How big is a 1-inch pin?
Slightly larger than a US quarter. It is the most common lapel size for service awards. Your proof shows the pin at actual size.
